Healthy Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving = 1 sweet potato):
1 sweet potato (200 g)
5 ml – 1 tspn olive oil
Fresh black pepper
Spices you like: for example: garlic, curry, chili,…
Peel the sweet potatoes (not necessary, or just clean).
Cut the sweet potatoes almost all the way through
(Try putting the potato in a wooden spoon for cutting, so as to slice into chips but leave them attached at the base).
Drizzle olive oil and fresh black pepper over the top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 220°C (425 F) in a pre-heated oven.
